Reconnecting IQ Gateway to WiFi.

GUIDE STEP BY STEP WITH VIDEO TUTORIAL

Your solar system must be connected to the internet so that you can monitor the production and consumption of your home and observe its operation. One of the most notable consequences of not having the solar system connected to the internet is that you may not realize if it is producing electricity, and at the end of the month, you may receive an electricity bill. To avoid this complication and its impact on your finances, please ensure that your system is connected to the internet and that you have access to the Enphase application for monitoring.

Step 1: Check IQ Gateway Connection

Ensure that your **IQ Gateway** device is powered on and within range of your Wi-Fi router. The device should have a stable power connection and the indicator lights should be on.

Step 2: Reconnect Using the Enphase App

  1. Open the **Enphase App** on your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Go to **Settings** and select **Wi-Fi Configuration**.
  3. Find the **IQ Gateway** in the list of available devices.
  4. Choose your home Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
  5. Wait for the device to confirm a successful connection.

Step 3: Manual Wi-Fi Setup (If Needed)

  1. Press and hold the **WPS button** on your Wi-Fi router for a few seconds.
  2. Press the **IQ Gateway’s Connect button** for at least 5 seconds until the LED indicator blinks.
  3. Wait for the connection to establish. If successful, the Wi-Fi LED will remain steady.

Step 4: Verify the Connection

Once connected, check the **Enphase App** to confirm that your solar system is reporting data correctly. If any issues arise, refer to the support section in the app or visit the Enphase website.
